Elan Cafe | Knightsbridge

How do I even start this post?... because honestly the images do it so much justice. This place has been dubbed the most 'Instagrammable cafe' in London. There are two branches one in Knightsbridge which I visited and the other in Park Lane. You must have heard of it or seen images on social media - if not, I'm sure after flicking through my post it will be added to your 'go-to' list.

Elan Cafe caught my attention when I saw the flower wall on Instagram (you can see this below).  I made a day out of it and took a stroll around Knightsbridge, which is beautiful area.

If you haven't seen this timeless trend lately - where have you been?

I have been trying recently to not jump on the bandwagon of trends because I feel like they are a waste of money. By the time you have worn the piece twice, it's 'out of fashion'. The best way to shop and something I wish I had learnt a while ago is to buy 'timeless pieces' these are pieces that you will be able to wear for years. Most timeless pieces are simple and that's great because you can get a lot of wear out of them. Some of these pieces aren't cheap but my little excuse is - it's a fashion investment!

Check out (no pun intended) the blazer I got from Zara the other day. I adore it. I can wear it to work, dinners or make it super casual. I might plan another post showing you how else I'd wear it. Otherwise I'll leave you to take a look at the images. Link to this blazer is below.

It's been a bit chilly in London recently. But as the temperature drops it doesn't mean you can't wear a colourful outfit. This playsuit is perfect for the weather. It's sexy, colourful and you aren't showing too much skin (just enough!).

London Bloggers Picnic

I attended the London Bloggers Picnic which was held at Regents Park. I must admit I had the best time ever! I was lucky enough to be invited by hosts Fern (@FernAboutTown) and Lelanie (@LelanieMulder). Guys, check out their Instagram pages. They really did a fantastic job with the décor! TREND ALERT!

Lately, I have been loving this new bardot trend as I mentioned during the summer. This autumn I have seen bloggers and celebs continue the style, by making their own bardot clothing. You can do it with shirts and even jean jackets (as seen below). My inspo was Rihanna, I will try find the pic and insert it below as well.

I will not tag the brands, only because these are old items I just put together to create the look I wanted. You will definitely be able to do the same with what you currently have.
